Beginners

In our sessions, we’ll spend time exploring the basics of meditation, before sitting for a while, during which you’ll be invited to observe your inner experience without following a prescribed technique. Afterwards, you’ll have the opportunity to write and reflect on what took place in your meditation, as well as share your observations with me so we can explore them together.

Practicing in this open, relaxed way will unearth ideas, opinions and expectations; insights that can be applied to your practice and across your life. There is no right, wrong or ideal way to meditate — all you need is some curiosity and kindness. 

Sessions are offered privately and for small groups in Melbourne (in-person locations to be determined with you).

In-person private session (1 hour) - $100 / Package of 3 sessions - $285

Online private sessions (50 min) - $90 / Package of 3 sessions - $270

Online small group sessions (1.5 hours) - $50 pp for a minimum of 4 people
